"I won’t go to another place. The man who helped me was amazing. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted. He offered me his own chair behind the desk because he had a heater going and I was cold and very pregnant. He made sure I was comfortable and gave me a remote to watch whatever I wanted on tv while he took my phone and started working on it. I used the restroom while I was there, which was very clean (as well as the rest of the store). The repair was completed in the time I was told, and did a great job. I didn’t have enough cash on me, so he let me run to an atm while he waited for me to come back even though it was kind of late. When I returned, he had put a new case on my phone for me to have as well so I wouldn’t have any more issues having a functioning phone while being so close to my delivery date. Finally, he walked me to the door and made sure I was in my car and okay before locking up and leaving. The customer service was wonderful and refreshing."
